MIDI Controllers are input devices that allow musicians to send MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) signals to control sound modules, software, synthesizers, or other electronic instruments. They do not produce sound on their own, but send performance data such as notes, velocity, pitch bend, and knobs/sliders control to trigger or shape sounds.
